Wynter Gordon is fresh off the release of her EP 'The First Dance,' but the 25-year-old songstress is hardly a newbie in the industry. Having penned hits for Jennifer Lopez, Mary J. Blige and Danity Kane, she's the genius behind some of music's biggest tracks. And while she's down with 'Jenny from the Block,' Wynter knew it was time to make her own mark as a solo artist.

After bringing Atlantic Records executives to tears during her showcase, Wynter is finally taking center stage and putting the finishing touches on her debut album, 'With the Music I Die,' due out in 2011.
