Kristen Bell: "I Don't Own A Scale"

- When in Rome actress Kristen Bell says she isn't the kind of girl who stresses out over her weight. "I'm not going to try to be a certain size, or weigh a specific amount. I don't own a scale. My goal is to feel good and look healthy," Bell, 30, tells the September issue of Shape. But the actress -- who has been a vegetarian for 19 years -- still makes it a priority to stay fit. "My friends and I are all into staying in shape through outdoor activities. We play Ultimate Frisbee, hike the trails around Los Angeles, go rock climbing in Malibu, explore underwater caves in Palos Verdes. We're gluttons for excitement, and it keeps us fit!" [Shape]

Before wedding hockey player Mike Comrie this past weekend in Santa Barbara, Calif., Hilary Duff signed a prenup, reports the New York Post's Page Six.

Comrie's dad is the founder of a Canadian appliance and furniture empire, worth an estimated $500 million.

"It was a totally amicable agreement," an insider says. "They love each other very much and knew this was just a technicality."

Duff, 22, and Comrie, 29, who met at an Idaho resort, have dated since 2007 (before he popped the question earlier this year).

While dating Duff, Comrie wasn't shy about dropping bucks.

Shortly after they began seeing each other in 2007, he surprised her with a Mercedes-Benz G-class SUV as an early 20th birthday gift.

Duff's engagement ring also is worth a reported $1 million.

Despite his money, Duff told UsMagazine.com they have a surprisingly "natural" relationship.

"We both have busy jobs, and we're both very focused people, so that helps," she told Us. Said Comrie, "We have fun. We both live such different lives, but it's always fun to support each other and spend time when we get to."

EXCLU: CBS is developing a companion series to the biggest new unscripted show in years.

The makers of “Undercover Boss” have landed a pilot order for another corporate reality show at CBS.

The untitled project from “Boss” producer Studio Lambert will feature two employees who work at the same company competing against one another for a major promotion.

Like “Boss,” the project has standalone episodes going behind the scenes at major U.S. companies cooperating with the production.

Unlike “Boss,” the as-yet-untitled new show adds a competitive element (which often fuels most broadcast reality shows), and doesn’t require the undercover approach.

The Emmy-nominated “Boss” was launched after the Super Bowl and became last season’s highest-rated new series. It returns on Sunday nights this fall on CBS. The network had no comment.

On Thursday, the singer Tweeted a snapshot of herself on the Glee set with Heather Morris (who plays ditzy cheerleader Brittany on the show).

Girl Band Singer Accused of Infecting Man With HIV

A German singer facing accusations that she infected a man with the virus that causes AIDS acknowledged in court Monday that she had unprotected sex despite knowing she was HIV-positive.

The 28-year-old Nadja Benaissa, a member of German girl band No Angels, is charged with grievous bodily harm for allegedly infecting a partner with the virus in 2004 and also faces charges of attempted bodily harm for having unprotected sex with two other men.

"I am sorry from my heart," she said in a statement read by her lawyer to the Darmstadt administrative court. "No way did I want my partner to be infected."

The man who claims Benaissa infected him says they had a three-month relationship at the beginning of 2004, and that he got tested after Benaissa's aunt asked him in 2007 whether he was aware that the singer was HIV-positive.

Prosecutors say Benaissa had known she was HIV-positive since 1999.

Benaissa was arrested in April 2009 and kept in custody for 10 days - a move that a German AIDS awareness group criticized as disproportionate. The Deutsche AIDS-Hilfe group argued that the question of whether her partners also carried a share of the responsibility had been neglected.

Benaissa joined No Angels in 2000 through the TV casting show "Popstars." The group sold more than 5 million albums before breaking up in 2003.

Benaissa helped reform the group in 2007 with three other members. The group represented Germany in the 2008 Eurovision song contest.

Former Playboy model Jenny McCarthy dusted off one of her raunchiest outfits to host The Palms' 4th Annual Midsummer Night's Dream party in Las Vegas this weekend. The 37-year-old actress donned a tiny white bikini, which left very little to the imagination. Guess she wanted to show funnyman Jim Carrey what he's missing out on because McCarthy is loving the single life. "I'm enjoying it tremendously!" she told Us Magazine. "I have one more year to pull off an outfit like this, so I better hit it while it's hot."

After dating for five years, Carrey and McCarthy officially split in April. The couple revealed the break up news on Twitter. "I'm so grateful for the years Jim and I had together. I will stay committed to Jane and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart," McCarthy wrote.

Carrey had kind words for her as well. "Jenny and I have just ended our 5yr relationship. I'm grateful 4 the many blessings we've shared and I wish her the very best!"

McCarthy announced she was living with Carrey in April 2008 during an appearance on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show,' but she made a clear point that they had no plans to marry.
